Cotton Ginning Plants

Our cotton ginning activities began in 2002 with the establishment of our Koçarlı Ginning Plant.

Located in Koçarlı district of Aydın, our ginning plant has 60 Rollergin and 1 Sawgin type ginning units. In our facilities, raw cotton, obtained for both seed and fiber production, is meticulously sorted according to quality classes and processed while preserving the natural properties of the cotton fiber.

Maintaining cotton quality and ensuring high quality standards in the processing processes is our primary priority. In this way, the resulting cotton fiber contributes to the production of high-quality raw materials needed by the textile industry.

The raw cotton used in our plants is sourced from over 3,000 decares of our own production lands, our seed growers, and farmers with whom we have contractual production agreements.

Both of our facilities have a total raw cotton processing capacity of 20,000 tons/year.
